I have stayed at plenty of hotels and that has Never been the case. Definitely will never use either again. Very unhappy with both Expedia...

「While the room was clean and looked like it was recently renovated, it was stripped down to the bare essentials with only a single arm chair and a small desk chair. The exterior was in poor condition, and in need of repair, painting and landscaping. The lobby seemed to have undergone some renovation, but was likewise stripped down and barren of any decorative items that might have made it seem more welcoming. There was not a functional Bistro, and the Starbucks coffee barista struggled to...
