「The room was not clean. I found an old bottle cap and old wrapper. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were comically small, there was a crack in the door (the side with the handle) to where we could see the lights outside, and the blinds were not secure. The TV didn’t turn off in our room. The door also didn’t lock well. I have nothing bad to say about the staff and the breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, not bad at all.」

「I felt so cheated. We flew in and arrived at the hotel past 9pm, first night of our vacation. The room assigned to us is right in the lobby! 「I normally don’t give bad reviews, however this experience over the Memorial weekend 2026 was unpleasant. First off upon arriving was told the indoor swimming pool was shut down all weekend due to repairs and I called a week ago and asked if pool would for sure be open and I was advise yes.
