「The hotel has really gone downhill. We had to move to 4 different rooms: 1st room had mouse droppings all in the pull out bed, 2nd room had mold everywhere, 3rd room the toilet was flooding the bathroom and the 4th room had fleas in the bed. We were supposed to stay another day but checked out early. We were refused a refund even with all the issues and room changes. Will never stay here again.」

「I felt so cheated. We flew in and arrived at the hotel past 9pm, first night of our vacation. The room assigned to us is right in the lobby! The clerk pointed out to me from behind the check-in counter. I requested a quiet room and told it was the only one left! We had no choice. And we were awakened by conversation at 130am, and 3 more times till 3am. We were so tired to get up till 3am.
