「Hope Cove is a lovely place to stay. Food at the Hope and Anchor was five star. Staff were friendly. We did feel however that certain parts needed more attention. There was thick dust under the dresser in restaurant area. There is a paying car park next door which was £12 for 24 hours.」

While the walk into Dartmouth was more than just a gentle stroll, it was a great way to work up an appetite for the town’s restaurants and cafes. 「Lovely location and a great place to stay. Made all the more easier by having a parking permit available for us to use. Flat was well equipped and lovely and clean. Had a little trouble disposing of the rubbish as they requested as we couldn’t access the rubbish location, and the instructions for the check out were a bit confusing. I would definitely early recommend this flat though.」

「The property itself okay, but unclean. The bedding was clean, but the carpeted areas and soft furnishings were not. Crumbs on the sofa and visibly dirty dusty carpet, the mattress was deeply stained brown and filled with crumbs and food waste under it. Has some cute features throughout , however, the biggest issue with this property is the incredibly vile smell of drainage or sewage that permeates in the living room. You cannot be in that room without the windows open and spraying air...
