「All of the staff from the reception team to the breakfast team bar team and room cleaning team were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and quiet with plenty of tea/coffee/milk/ biscuits for our 1 night stay. We really enjoyed having use of the pool/steam room/sauna and jacuzzi. Especially adults gaving use of it for an hour before children were allowed in. Definitely would stay there again. 」

「This property is need of a lot of repair. Leaks through the ceiling, peeling paint, the water tank is a real issue - you may run out of drinking water! Marks and holes in walls through the property. It is not a virtual check in you have to go collect the keys. We lost two hours trying to get hold of virtual check in. Microwave sounds like it’s going to explode and dishwasher doesn’t work. Really terrible stay. The only plus is there’s a lovely view」

「Fantastic house & location. All of Dartmouth & Kingswear accessible without a car & excellent walks from the doorstep. Only issue was very tight vehicle access made more difficult due to local building work. Would love to return.」
