「The room was quite clean, but I don't know why there were some chicken feathers in the bath towel and on the bed. Everything else was fine. It would be great if they could put disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers and other things.」

「The hotel staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious, and the waiters in the restaurant were very friendly. However, there were very few waiters in the casino, and I only got one bottle of water after playing all night!」

「Our favorite place to stay when we come to town. The hotel is so clean and the staff is great. All employees from front desk, breakfast room, bartenders and house cleaning are so kind. We surly will be back!!!!」

「The hotel and staff were great! It’s not their fault that the government and officials operating in Niagara Falls, NY are corrupt and horrible people. If anybody involved in the government put the time and funds into the community around the NY side, I’m sure the community could thrive again. 」
