"The hotel is clean, however there were no towels in our room, tried calling the room service no answer, when someone answered the call, he asked us to come and pickup at the reception area. Instead of body wash at the shower area, they placed Hand wash dispenser. I guess they didn’t have enough staff(s) to double check if the room is ready for guests access."

"Great bed and pillows. Good staff. Unfortunately I didn’t acquire the name of the person who checked us in, a gentleman with white hair and beard, but he was very polite and gave me good information about the area. The restaurant rood was delicious and the waitress was very friendly. The only downside is the bathroom mirror light. It stays on and the door is frosted glass. The only way to turn it off is by using the GFI outlet Reset"

"Absolutely disgusting. This hotel should honestly be shut down. The entire place smells like mold, humidity, and 40 years of neglect. Everything is old, broken, stained, and falling apart. The rooms look nothing like the photos. Dirty carpets, cracked walls, disgusting bathrooms, terrible beds — it felt more like an abandoned building than a hotel. The smell was unbearable from the moment we walked in. Mildew everywhere. You can literally feel the humidity trapped in the walls. Nothing felt clean. We were scared to even touch certain things in the room. The overall atmosphere was depressing and sketchy. We could not wait to leave. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had in our lives. Avoid this place at all costs. There is absolutely nothing positive to say. Beyond horrible."

"Booked a suite for couple days. Was a basic hotel room. No way a suite in my eyes at all. Highly over priced. Small tight quarters. Refrigerator did not work very well. Had to throw food out that was in over night. Flooring in bathroom loose and popped when you walked on it. Restaurant was closed so we had to find breakfast else where. "

"Gotta say, if you're heading out of town in the morning from Buffalo Niagara, you could (and can) do a lot worse than BAH! Place was great for the night and had a killer sports bar attached for dinner. I would give it five stars but the A/C in my room wasn't working and it was unseasonably warm in Buffalo that evening, but otherwise I have no complaints. Staff were awesome across the board, shuttle to the airport was smooth and even left a little early for me (i was the only passenger)."
