"The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed, clean rooms. Very centrally located to the falls and Clifton St. you can walk through to get to the casino and Hard Rock Cafe without going outside. Only complaint is tgat at most times during my stay only 1 elevator was working on the side for my floor. We were on the 22, so we were taking 14-22 elevator’s and they took a long time. Once on, they would stop at random floors and there was no one waiting. For the amount of guests staying there it was very inconvenient for 2 out of the 3 cars to not be working. Eventually on our last day there all 3 were running, which made it sooo much better. Other than that minor hiccup, I would absolutely recommend staying at The Sheraton."

"Cambridge Suites is the perfect hotel. It is close to Eaton Centre and fairly central when it comes to Toronto Transit, tourist attractions, and good eats. They were willing to hold our luggage on the day we had to leave. They provided us with fresh linens and towels upon request. Check in was quick and easy."
