"I love that this property is right across from Union Station. This made it very easy to get to and from the Airport. Very close to Rogers Centre and the Aquarium which was a bonus as well."

"The area is great and close to everything. The only issues are that there is no microwave and the supply of toiletries is limited."

Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls

Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls

10/10 Excellent
"We were allowed to check in early. Our view of the falls was so beautiful. WEGO bus stop out front of the hotel. The incline was about three blocks. Good room service. Coffee in room. They stowed our luggage on checkout day because we had late flight. Absolutely, buy the Niagara parks pass. Head straight up to Niagara on the Lake first to buy fresh fruit from the orchards. This whole area was so accommodating to tourists. We didn’t rent a car and didn’t need one. I want to go back. It was so much better than I expected."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restuarant was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. The room really needed an update and we could barely see out of the windows."

Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

8/10 Good
"Loved the check-in and check-out process. Very easy and excellent communication through texts, emails and the Kasa desk in the lobby. The security via the fobs and designated elevators was excellent. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were fluffy. The view in this corner unit is phenomenal, and that was the clear highlight of the rental, along with the location as long as you don’t mind the street noise. The rental unit was adequate for our needs, but we expected more modern furnishings and a usable fold-out couch. The coils are coming through the mattress. We realize it’s been a hot summer, but the couch smelled of stale perspiration. Not fresh at all. Same with the refrigerator. Ice cube trays for the freezer would be helpful. We had to run to the store for ice. The bathroom is sad. It needs an update badly. There was a big chunk of the tub chipped off of the floor of the bathtub. The toliet was very slow in flushing."
