"We upgraded our room at check-in and ended up with an amazing view of both the Canadian and U.S. falls, as well as the fireworks show. The suite had two separate bedrooms which was nice with a young child. Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. Our only issue was that we couldn't get the one TV to work, but there was one in both rooms of the suite, so it all worked out!"

"Upon checking into my “standard” room was not acceptable. For a hotel that charges $300+ a night for any of it’s hotel rooms there should never be a room that is less accommodating than a motel room. However once management was informed of my concerns I was immediately moved to a more comfortable, clean and accommodating room. The remainder of my stay was very pleasant. The location was perfect. The food in the bar area and cafe was very tasty. The staff was more than helpful"
