"Hotel was very clean and so impressed with the device . Housekeeping was very nice . Front office team was so professional , knowledgeable, friendly and great. Heat is listed in great attractive location. More over very quite. The only bad things is the open buffet breakfast at last coffee and juice must be included . Also the lady who server is really unprofessional, very rude and not friendly at all. She is looks like too skinny , white , a senior age and wearing a prescripted eye glass."

"I had an issue at check-in, as the front desk girl said two rooms were booked for me. I had cancelled the first room several days prior to check-in via Expedia, and had re-booked with a better rate, and paid at the time. She checked with other staff and I was told I had to f/u with Expedia regarding the 2nd room charge. When I contacted Expedia after my trip, they said the hotel did not charge me, but I could see quite clearly that they had. She was not very helpful and told me I would have to f/u with the hotel. When I called the front desk of the Hilton Fallsview today, a lovely young lady named Treasure, was very helpful and receptive to my issue. She looked into the previously paid room charge and was able to have the second higher rate charge reversed. She also gave me an email to f/u on, should the charge not show up in the next week. She really was true to her name......a real 'Treasure'."

"The staff was absolutely wonderful. Check in and check out was so easy and quick. Continental breakfast was amazing and food in restaurant was great. Everything we needed was right at our finger tips. Great hotel shop, swimming pool , ice machine great food , close to Roger’s stadium and CN Tower etc. and all other amenities. Looking forward to staying there for our next trip to see the Jays."

"Amazing place to stay. Rooms were very well maintained, staff was friendly, and room was always cleaned on time. Didn't get a chance to get breakfast, but I did eat dinner at Stentons, and I can say it was lovely. Hotel is within walking distance to everything you could possibly dream of. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be back to stay. 5 stars all around."
