"My two brothers and I, all seniors, stayed for one night at the hotel on our way back to Canada from Moab. The checkin was easy and we liked the atmosphere in this iconic inn. The staff were super nice at reception, in the lounge and the restaurant. We all felt right at home, and loved the mermaids swimming in the tank behind the bar. The staff were efficient and friendly and very accomodating about picture taking. Food was excellent and the lounge singer was very talented. This was the fourth time I have stayed there but the first for my two brothers. They loved the place, and enjoyed interacting with the staff and the owner Donny. Can't wait for the next opportunity to return!"

"The keycard maker was broken, so staff had to run a round letting guests into their rooms for 2 days. What a nightmare for them! It quadrupled their work, but they didn't complain and were more than happy to help. Jose was amazing. He gave us a discount on the room for our troubles and did everything he could to ensure we had a great stay. "
