"WE LOVE THE GRAND SIERRA RESORT. Our issue this trip was the noise from band until 10:30 at night. Also, the alarm went off at 5 a.m. we evacuated. As we are evacuating we asked the staff what is happening, is it a fake alarm. THE STAFF HAD NO CLUE. This is very dangerous not just for guest but your staff. A lady had a newborn baby and was terrified. I was too for her especially. Please make sure everyone is aware of the fire alarm evacuation rules. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay. God bless you all abundantly!"
