「My goodness! After my absolutely horrific experience with GM Peter Kandel at the one in Dallas, i swore off ever staying at another Holiday Inn. I accidentally booked this hotel confusing it with Hilton Gardens South Pointe. Well my confusion led to an amazing experience! Christy is just the sweetest person! She is soo kind and wonderful and really went over and beyond to restore my faith in this brand. The hotel is much cleaner and a better atmosphere than the Hilton Gardens at Southpointe. I...

「The hotel was immaculate. The view was the greatest view. You can see so much then they had a SKY lounge room that you can just look out of the windows and see everything hotel was very clean very well. Kept everyone on the staff was very polite. I would definitely stay there again. They even allowed me to check in early before the Steeler game and there is no fee to check in early. It’s all valet parking and all so it was a wonderful place. 」
