「Pool and hot tub were clean and temp was good」

「Breakfast menu was standard for chain hotels (we thought the coffee was weak). The beds were comfortable and room size was also standard. Bathroom was a decent size with tub shower combo. Room temperature stayed as set. Two different staff experiences. Our check-in lady was rather curt but the night manager was excellent. 「The staff was excellent and went above and beyond for us. But the room was not the greatest, there were several loose tiles in the bathroom and the sheets smelled musty/old. 」

「The staff was courteous. Big soccer weekend and soccer mom’s were taking all the snacks that should have been guests breakfast. Older, could use new carpet in the elevator, but overall served our needs. 」
