「Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Food at the pub was the best we had during 2 weeks in Wales. Staff was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. Highly recommend this place as convient to the Cardiff airport and very comfortable.」

「A excellent stay prior to a flight from Bristol Airport. Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff made you feel welcome. Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Will definitely stay again.」

「At the arrival and going to our room there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel I asked at the reception to have 1of each brought to our room but it did not happened also the bathtub is either very badly stained or just not cleaned properly so we felt that we could not have a shower in it The hotel bar was very good and staff very friendly the breakfast was very nice plenty of everything Thank you we still enjoyed our stay」

「This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

「The room was very clean, comfortable bed. All my basic needs for a one stop, just driving by. Staff were very friendly felt safe as single woman traveler. They could not do enough with any requests. I wished the TV was bigger and a working Arial signal was in the room. But I was not in the room much so it never really mattered. There was parking, luckily just outside the door. Would stay again if I visited.」

「We never had a view, we looked out to the back of buildings,which was ok,we dont mind too much, the mattress was shocking, really saggy at the top end on 1 side, we ended up turning the mattress, as it felt like i was sleeping on a hill.」
