"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was nice and welcoming and the breakfast had more options than I expected. I just wish the water pressure in the shower was a little better. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again next time I visit. "

"The photos of this hotel are untrue. The pool area does not have the slide. A worker very rudely said it has been shut down for 3 years. Our room smelled like pee. They moved us across the hall. My hubby used his UV light to shine on the bottom sheet. 2 visible round stains. We took off the bottom sheet asked for new one. When we took off bottom sheet, the so called pad underneath was dirty with hair. Sent up all but the fitted sheet. Morning front desk girls were wonderful. Evening man, not so much. so many different elevators were shut down and we were on the 5th. I could go on and on. Never again"

"This was hands-down the best experience I have had at any hotel, ever. Every single staff member was friendly without being overbearing, my room was fantastic, the club lounge was well stocked and clean, the spa was INCREDIBLE and it truly was the perfect getaway. I want to mention Molly at the front desk. She was FANTASTIC. I don't know what kind of training JW puts their people through, but it was worth every penny. I walked away feeling like I had made a new friend. There was a line of people behind me, but she took her time explaining all amenities and made sure I was 100% happy before she moved on to the next guest. She deserves MASSIVE accolades as I'm sure her job is very difficult. I also had a 60 minute massage at Seraphina and it was FABULOUS. Dionte was my massage therapist and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout. We had a great chat while he worked and instinctively knew when I was getting sleepy. He worked out knots I have had for YEARS. I'm so grateful for his time and expertise. There's no question on if I'll be booking again. It was the perfect place to rest and relax, and I can't wait until I can return! "
