「Nice hotel, but not so nice matress. It should have been swapped out a while ago! The minute the wife & I got in it to go to sleep, it immediately sagged in the middle literally forming a bowl shape. It was flat worn out and had been for some time. Not good. The building and grounds were clean and the staff was friendly. But what is the point of staying if you can't sleep on the matress??」

「The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast. Otherwise, it is absolutely awful. The rooms are dirty, the furniture is stained, and the hotel is clearly not maintained. We had to request a room change as the first room had a pungent, musty smell as if it were recently flooded. Upon leaving I asked for a receipt to show that I had not made any incidental charges to the credit card authorization they took. I literally had to argue with the front desk representative to get one. This...

「My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. A car was parked just a few feet in front of the window, making the room feel uncomfortable and offering no proper view or privacy. The noise was also unbearable, making it difficult to relax. There was no TV in the room, which was another major disappointment. To make matters worse, the staff was unresponsive to our requests and showed little willingness to help. Overall, the poor room conditions, excessive noise, lack of basic amenities,...
