「Katie at the front desk was magnificent.」

「No mirror in bath or anywhere else in room. No amenities such as coffee machine. Bare bones」

「Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast attendant also deserves recognition for being kind, accommodating, and providing great service. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. The building is quite old and appears to need significant renovations. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was also a lot of outside noise from people talking and vehicles driving by,...

「This isn’t bad but not great. Older building. Hot tub didn’t work. Cracks in tile. Dated bathrooms. Beds were comfy. Hallways smelled a bit. Gotta remember where you are I guess as not a lot of options in Lapeer specifically.」

「For the reasonable price in this typically high rent location of Michigan, our stay was good…no real complaints. The interior of the property was recently refurbished and clean. The exterior could use some TLC, but didn’t really negatively impact our stay. I would recommend this hotel for those wanting to cut costs while still experiencing decent accommodations. Staff were adequately professional but could improve on their friendly welcome.」

「I checked I to a dirty room. They had no other room available. They refused to clean the current room. Used razor, food on floor, no counters wiped, pair of socks on table. Manager was unavailable and we needed a place to rest. Went to the pool and was told there were towels in the pool area. There went any clean according to front desk because house keeping didn't have time to wash them. As we were swimming in pool another person had stool stuck to them that was not theirs. Next morning woke up...
