「Disappointed when asked for a late checkout and was denied even if the hotel was almost empty!」

「It was the perfect stay, loved the room and the bathroom was clean and really nice. Breakfast options were not much but good enough to get you fueled for the day.」

「The bed was creaky but the room was adequate and clean. Pool was cold.…The breakfast has not too much choice」

「We stay in the Brackley area a few times every summer but had never tried Centennial Cottages before. It was a lovely stay. Clean, spacious cottage. Everything we could need. We loved having this as our weekend home base. Would absolutely stay here again!」

「Only down fall was lots of kids in the pool, it was loud , and only 1 parent for probably 15 kids」

「Very good hotel.」

「The location of the Harbour House was excellent. The room rate was very good and the room itself was very cozy and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was lovely. The hotel was very quiet however you could hear the murmur of conversations from adjacent rooms. It may have been because their patio doors were open and the sound carried down.」

「Nice staff」

「If all you need is a clean hotel with a good bed then this is fine. But it is a "minimalist" hotel. No amenities in the room, no tv, no kettle, no reading lights, no water pressure.」

「Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will come again when visit PEI.」

「The breakfast is very good and the services are so nice」

「入房時發現沒有 lotion, 向前台投訴後, 改善了」
