6/10 Okay

"tricia and Victoria were wonderful at check in- however the Jamaican Building is in very poor shape, the lock was smashed on the door, the elevator and hallways were so worn down a road side motel 6 would be nicer , the beds were awful and springy, for a cost, we called the front desk and with Tricia and Victorias help we were able to be transferred to the Cayman tower and had a wonderful experience. The hotel should not be renting out any rooms in the jamaican tower without a complete overhaul of the facilities. a good stay, we would go back but only if we could be sure we would be in the cayman tower."

"We obviously knew we were booking a 2 star hotel so we knew what to expect. For a 2 star literally on the beach it was a good experience. Staff were super friendly, checking in and out were a breeze. We had an issue with our AC when we first got settled in and the maintenance man came and fixed it in no time. My only gripe is parking, I noticed a lot of people who were just going to the beach using the guest parking and nothing really being done about it. Sucked sometimes cause as a guest it was hard to find a parking spot. Other than that great experience."

"Clean, friendly staff, free parking, and right on the beach for an amazing price. We were there at the perfect time between Spring Break but not quite Summer season so the pools and beaches were empty and restaurants and entertainment were easy to access. I'm not sure I would like it as much during the height of the season as I could see the entire area being very overcrowded with all of the hotels so close together and the public beach access right there too."

"Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Room was immaculate. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. The outdoor pool had plenty of seating with umbrellas. Looking forward to coming back soon. Would highly recommend to family and friends. "
