Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown by IHG
It was convenient, next to the highway and close to the downtown area. Room was clean but small. Shuttle service was great, our shuttle driver Veronica was very nice and fun! No complimentary breakfast.

I put in a special request and someone responded immediately. All the staff was friendly. Amenities like cold water, cookies and games in the lobby were nice.
