The staff greeted us with a smile. Everything was very clean. Check out was at NOON! Which was good as we slept in because the bed was so comfortable we slept in..... We did miss the breakfast but I'm sure it was good!

Sonesta Hotel Grand Rapids Airport
The room was really cold they need better windows. The pillows were cheap and worn down they need better pillows. The glass shower doors in the bathroom seems off track and would open while taking a shower. The staff was nice not as friendly but nice. The restaurant and bar was never open.
