「Their breakfast wasn't decent at all 😕」

「This property was excellent across the board. They do have laundry facilities, but did not sell laundry soap. Come prepared if you think you will be needing to do laundry while staying there. This hotel is very close to Grand Park, but off a side street so the traffic wasn’t busy. Highly recommend!」

「The breakfast was very nice. I like a hot breakfast in the morning with different variations of food especially since I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat much but it was very nice that they had almond milk, and even hard boil eggs so I could have have eggs without cheese in them. The staff running the breakfast were so kind and professional. I would stay here again for my sons baseball tournaments」

「Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

「Second time at this hotel and it didn’t seem as spacious as the first time. The ice maker wasn’t working and the TV service/internet could be sped up. Overall, it was a good stay with lots of room in the suite. Beds were comfy and it seemed like the hotel did a nice job of cleaning. Small pool, but the workout room had a lot of options with enough space to fit 8 to 10 adults. 「Our room was lovely. However, it looked out over the roof and mechanicals. That was an unpleasant surprise.. but I guess, someone has to get a room like that??? We had no bath towels in our room and did not realize it until I was in the shower. There was also no conditioner in the dispenser. Beds were oddly lumpy and the sheet did not smell like they'd been sanitized. Smelled like they been minimally washed with a million other sheets and still smelled like musty body smell. 「The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.」
