「The breakfast was very nice. I like a hot breakfast in the morning with different variations of food especially since I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat much but it was very nice that they had almond milk, and even hard boil eggs so I could have have eggs without cheese in them. The staff running the breakfast were so kind and professional. I would stay here again for my sons baseball tournaments」

「Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!」

「All one seeks for a stay away---clean room and premises, friendly, helpful staff, varied and plentiful breakfast options. Although not in downtown central Carmel, the area was safe with a few good restaurants and a food store within walking distance. Gym and pool looked inviting--not used this visit as they were pretty crowded with teen athletes staying in area for competitions. Staff handled all smoothly.」

「This hotel was beyond amazing! Front desk staffers Michelle and Arman were the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever met! They were polite, helpful, and always smiling! They were super nice to my little guy who is a definite handful! The rooms were great and we had a Deluxe Queen and the extra space in the room was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Tell Michelle and Arman we said amazing job!」

「We booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife has balance issues and can't stand for very long. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Went to the check in desk...Sorry. Do you have a portable shower seat for the tub? No. Sorry. Ended up we were sorry we chose this hotel.」

I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.」
