「All staff were very helpful. Very central location. Very small hotel with no elevator with very narrow stairs but staff carried our super heavy luggage to our room on 4th floor. Our Room was very small and no space to store our luggage. There was a huge jacuzzi tab between the room and the balcony which seems ridiculously waste of space. It would be so much more relaxing if the room was expanded instead of the useless jacuzzi and sad balcony. The blackout drape was barely hanging on the rail...

La posizione è molto comoda, in una zona servita da molti locali, ristoranti e bar, a pochi minuti da un bellisdimo parco e dal quartiere Bloku. L'unica cosa da migliorare è la varietà della colazione all'italiana」

「Personnel très bof, peu accueillant. Arrivé sur place nous n’avons pas eu le chambre réservée de base avec jacuzzi alors que nous avions payer plus chers pour avoir la chambre deluxe, c’est donc le lendemain qu’ils nous on fourni notre chambre.Parking très compliqué qu’on nous quittions l’hôtel sa prenner des fois 15-20min car qu’on tu te gare en premier tu prend le risque d’être bloqué par les voitures qui suivent. Pas de petit déjeuner et ni repas inclus. C’est dommage car les chambres...
