Die Lage war sehr schön, in der Nähe des Sees. Man konnte leider vor Ort nicht parken, aber es gab Parkhäuser in der Nähe. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit, das Frühstück sehr lecker. Eine einfache, aber sehr nette Unterkunft.

Prisvärd boende som ligger ganska nära centrum. Mycket bekväm säng. Rena sängkläder. Liten minus för att inte all personal talar engelska men dem som gjort det var hjälpsamma.

Leider kein Parkplatz mehr da und auch keine Zufahrtsmöglichkeit. Personal war freundlich und in allem sehr bemüht. Die Duschbrause hing einfach so im „Bad“ an der Ward runter. Ohne Halterung. Man konnte beim ka……, gleichzeitig duschen. Praktisch. Das betonierte Bett in Herzform, erinnert stark an ein …… Aber alles Gut.

We used hotel our base to explore Albania. It was perfect for us, affordable and if you buy the breakfast package it is very robust. The guy at the front was awesome. Fluent in English and very helpful with local stuff.

Everything was fine, not perfect but good. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of noise I heard while sleeping from bothering the road closeby and also some other guests, so I would say it's quit noisy but overal, especially with the place, view and nice staff, I would say it's worthit

Si on avait pu mettre 0 on l’aurait fait. À fuir !!! Logement sale, pas conforme aux photos données. Logement INACCESSIBLE en voiture, cela pourra en aider certains. Se garer à 10 mins à pied de l’hôtel. Pas de réception 24h24 juste un type qui sort d’une fenêtre à moitié endormi.

This is not a proper hotel l want a full payment refund, when l arrived the receipnist could not speak English and was very unhelpful. There was no cable TV in English, the continental breakfast was only egg and bread, no cereal, juice fruits etc The next morning there was no water to have shower, my room was changed when l complained then the wash hand basin was blocked and they wanted to change my room again and by then l was so fed up so l refused. On Sunday the room was not cleaned as d receptionist is also the cook and the handy man. They have only 4 staffing the cleaner doesn't work on Sundays. I had a worst holiday and am very disappointed with expedia

First, if tou arrive by taxi rather intresting. Drop off in highway. By car, impossible. By bus, possible, but number 2 lineleaves little further. Great staff! That is a big plus. Room with park view, yes maybe. But sport field few meters away. And yes they play football late noght. Worse part, room stinks awful. Yes only one experience from One room. But it stinks like some has smoked years inside. Yet no smoking. Bathroom, well, bad. Vheap hotel and it has on it’s price for it.

Good place for solo travelers who are highly independent, families and couples. The rooms vary, my shower had some mold and the ac was loud, but those were the only 2 things I noticed. Outside of that it was private, overlooking the lake, where soccer games are played into the afternoon and late night. There is a mini fridge, a small place to sit, a table (not a work table, more to stage your things), two mirrors, one in the bathroom and one almost full length in the room, hangers for your clothes, 2 pairs of slippers, a hair dryer, clean sheets and towels, a balcony that overlooks the soccer fields and prime fitness ( gym next door almost hidden) and a huge lake to walk around with a bridge that connects to the city. In front of the hotel is an underpass where there are two small grocery stores, xhangolli to your right and a small market to your left. On that same road just past xhangolli is a pharmacy and a mon cheri. Overall, a place for rest and retreat especially if you like nature. In the summer, it gets very hot, so walking before 10am and after 6pm is recommended.

Petit hôtel, charmant, propre, proche du lac avec de belles promenades aux alentours, de la verdure devant, sur trois niveaux (sans ascenseur). Le personnel fait de son mieux. L’autoroute sur l’arrière ne m’a pas gênée, car j’ai pris une chambre double en occupation single, « vue sur le lac » (mais je vous laisse le trouver sur les photos prises du balcon de ma chambre…). Autre bémol: difficilement accessible en transport en commun surtout si l’on a quelques problèmes articulaires, (beaucoup d’escaliers si accès en traversant sous l’autoroute, et 10 bonnes minutes de marche si accès en bus n’2» de l’autre côté) sachant que c’est une impasse non accessible en voiture, taxi ou bus de la ville, autant que ceux de ramassage des excursions qui ne peuvent pas venir devant. Attention (au non fan de football) au terrain de foot attenant, je suis restée six jours, il y avait des matchs tous les jours/soirs quelques fois jusqu’à minuit passé (enfants, ados, adultes avec les cris correspondants) Petit déjeuner inclus mais malheureusement monotone, qui a néanmoins le mérite d’exister (pain de mie sec, sans grille-pain, œufs, saucisses, petit morceau de fromage, thé ou café, mais aucun fruit, ni viennoiseries. jus de fruits en canette dans le distributeur) J’ai néanmoins payé peu cher, donc excellent rapport qualité prix

La posizione e il prezzo sono buoni, lontano dal centro, ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile con il bus n. 2. Nessuna informazione sul fatto che non ci si arriva con l'auto era riportata nel sito. Il bagno non era provvisto di box doccia e non c'era nemmeno la possibilità di appendere alla parete il doccino. I prodotti da bagno pubblicizzati consistono in un prodotto shampoo/balsamo, ma nulla per il corpo. Sapone per le mani finito dopo 3 giorni. Teli da bagno rotti. Ho riferito e mi sono stati sostituiti il primo giorno. Al momento del check-in nessuna informazione è stata rilasciata dal personale. Poi il giorno successivo, su domanda precisa, è stato riferito che la stanza viene pulita ogni 2 giorni. Peccato che dopo 4 notti passate in hotel, nessuno sia mai venuto a pulire la stanza, sostituire i teli da bagno (a parte il primo giorno perché segnalati rotti) o mettere la carta igienica o il sapone per le mani. Al check out, chiedendo spiegazioni mi è stato riferito che dovevo essere io a richiedere la pulizia della stanza. È scritto che sono camere non fumatori, ma il puzzo di fumo è ovunque e nel terrazzino c'era ancora il posacenere con mozziconi, forse del cliente precedente. Reception 24 h, ma una sera già alle 21,30 non c'era nessuno e la hall/bar era chiusa a chiave. Quindi nemmeno la possibilità di prendere acqua per la notte. Si riesce comunque ad accedere alle stanze in autonomia. Il wifi funziona. Non consiglio.

Location was a little inconvenient as it has no driving access, and the taxi/bus drop off is at the side of the highway, but otherwise safe and pretty views of the Artificial Lake nearby. Experienced a water outage and a power outage while on our stay but staff addressed it promptly and it was fine by end of day. Showerhead was a bit broken and it got a bit noisy at times but ultimately the room was well worth the cost and the staff are super accommodating. Breakfast was great and was also free, and there’s a few cats that are friendly around the property which was a great bonus!

Please and please if you love yourself and you really want to enjoy your holiday please don’t book this hotel is nothing but a rubbish and animal kingdom. No parking space, breakfast is rubbish just two slice of bread and salted Fried egg. I regretted booking the hotel for my stay in Albania 100% not recommend

Difficult to evaluate. If you are expecting a 3 star that is all singing all dancing -this place is not for you. If you like nature and walking and you just need a base from which to explore then you'll enjoy staying here. It is surrounded by a lake and treesThere are only a few staff who keep the place functioning. There is no daily room service but if you need anything just ask.The lady speaks no English but hey she's Albanian. Breakfast is basic. A drink, toast some tomatoes, meat and eggs. They claim to have a garden but nobody looks after it-it is just an overgrown mess. There is no direct access for cars etc. and therfore no car parking. You have to climb over two small walls to meet your taxi that is parked on a busy road. Not ideal. If you use the underpass to go into 'town' there are several supermarkets, coffee shops eateries and pastry outlets. I ate every night at'a snck bar' that was in liqueni i Thate. Great staff and not expensive. Infact Terana was not expensive. My taxi to and from the airport, 40 minutes one way was 15 euros. Local buses are on the other side of the highway. Sanderbeg Square is 45 minutes walk. The airport bus goes there. To summarise The Golden Garden is unique and querky but 3 star opulence it is not. I had no issues with my room and balcony, which ovelooked the local sports club and the views of the mountains in the background can be appreciated over a glass of wine. Would I stay ther again-probably, if they let me tidy up the garden!
