"This is a property that has the potential to be lovely but unfortunately lacks a few fundamentals. The rooms need a deep cleaning; baseboards, tubs, windows etc. The first room we were given had rust and mold on the air conditioner, tub and sink and the windows. The curtains were old, dusty and saggy. ..."
