"Great location, we could see the lake from our room. Possibly the friendliest staff we've ever encountered! They thanked us for staying there when we checked out and said they really appreciated our business."

Very nice little town right on Lake Superior, not far from the Canadian border. Good selection of shops and dining. Unfortunately, we had a health emergency and needed to visit the emergency room in Grand Marais. They were fantastic there, very kind!

"Great time at the Gunflint Lodge. The cabin was nice and clean, there are tons of activities daily, and beautiful grounds. They have everything needed for the boundary waters….whether venturing off into the wilderness or just hanging at the lodge. Great family vacation. "
"It's in a great location and super convenient. It's not a fancy place, but it was a peaceful spot and I slept wonderfully! The view of the Grand Marias harbor can't be beat! "
