"The staff twice put me in a room that did not did not meet the needs of the sleeping accommodations needed by both travelers staying in the same room and there were large, worn bare spots in the carpeting in the hotel. We stayed one night and the hotel refused to return the monies paid for 3 additional nights that we did not stay. "

"Staff were very friendly, however the building is very out of date and not well maintained. Our room felt like we were in the '70s and it hadn't been updated since. Carpet was wrinkled. Wallpaper was peeling off. Caulking around all kinds of areas in the bathroom. Missing or discolored. Just felt like maintenance is lacking in this property. Hotel smells like it used to be a smoker. Hotel. Won't be back"

"Red Roof Inn is a very good place. They are doing some upgrades in the rooms to make them more comfortable. They are great for the price. I’m just sad that they don’t have a pool."

"They even offered a gluten free cookie at check-in. Overall this hotel was extremely nice and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would rebook this hotel again."

"The room had an off putting smell, toilet was not secured to the floor properly and the ice machine had been broken for weeks according to staff, the continental breakfast was nothing more than gas station frozen food and stale breads,and they wanted to impose fines if you took food out of the dinning area, would not recommend for anyone and I will not be back ever"
