I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. Rauhallisen hotellin ihanana kontrastina pieni kauppakäytävä aivan aulan oven ulkopuolella, joten palvelut (suksivuokraamo, hissiliput, ravintoloita, apteekki, kauppa ym.) aivan vieressä.
