「Egentlig var alt, absolutt alt, utmerket ved dette hotellet! Helt fra jeg kom inn døren til avreise, var alt 100%, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale, flott rom, størrelse, komfort, beliggenhet etc. At gaten utenfor var under kortvarig utbedring, la heller ingen demper på oppholdet 」

「Vi bokade en lägenhet med terrass då det var det allra viktigaste för oss när det kom till boende. Ingen balkong eller terrass även fast det stod så i beskrivningen. Värden ryckte på axlarna och skyllde på hotels.com. Boendet skulle även ha ugn och redskap för matlagning samt hygienprodukter vilket saknades.」

「We had the room on the rooftop which was amazing with it's own rooftop terrace and jacuzzi. 5 flights of stairs up with no lift but looked at it as an opportunity to walk off all the lovely food and drink. Very lovely gentlemen took our cases up for us. Breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly. We loved Sopot and would definitely like to comeback.」

「the breakfast only have polish language please add the english ,also the waitress english is not very well I ordered 2 fired eggs with one face she just bring the normal fired eggs,and also the bed sheet is very dirty when i was first arriving the hotel,the room is nice and the free water should be 2 bottles only one ,it's not very comfortable 」
