"Amazing hotel! The room was very luxurious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent- there was a buffet with a ton of variety, in addition to made to order options. The location was also fantastic. Steps from the beach with complimentary chairs, blankets and even toys for kids. On rainy days there was a kids playroom and a library for adults to relax. Last but not least, the staff was incredibly kind and always willing to help. We look forward to staying here again soon!"

"This was a lovely, clean, smart rental which was VERY close to the main street with lots of bars and restaurants. It was very close to the beach and pier. My only issue is that all the images of the Sauhaus apartments show spacious sofas and balconies and big airy rooms and the Porto studio was tiny! I did not see any images of this place so I feel a bit duped by the plethora of gorgeous apartment images. Perhaps showing the actual images that relate to each place would be more helpful? The clue was in the name (studio appartment) but I did expect something slightly grander for the price! A teatowel, an oven and a few more condiments would have made our stay excellent. I would recommend but please show images of the actual appartment!"

"I only stayed one night. Everything was clean and very basic. By the beach and close to everything. Unfortunately there was an unusual heatwave when I stayed there and I'm well aware that most northern European countries are not equipped for 39C temperatures. There was a fan available which made it just about possible to sleep but I wasn't expecting full blown AC . If you're happy with codes to enter your room and no reception but close to everything then I'd recommend this. If you want a huge AC cooled room with 50" TV then this is not for you. One annoying thing is that the picture of the hotel online shows a different fabulous building. It's a bit cheeky. The hotel looks nothing like that and is on the back of the building you'll see online. Just a warning! 😁"
