"Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this."

"The whole place was incredible - a boutique oasis. All staff were super helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is provided, but also evening meals cooked to order (for extra cost). Bed sooooooooo comfy."
