「Really great spot. I'd recommend highly. Off a street with a lot of restaurants and city action but quiet. The staff was very polite and welcoming and the room is great. Has a European feel with the pool and pool bar. Would definitely stay here again if wanting to stay in this side of town」

「Experience was flawed by the lady in charge at check in who was not in the mood to be there. Was adamant i didnt have VIP access, denied me the free daily breakfast so i had to pay for that and was unfriendly in general. She did not inform me of any deposit for later deduction of any services billed so i had to pay for everything including minor things such as a cup of coffee which is annoying and a waste of time. Service is slow and inefficient whether it be check in, room service, pool side...

「I really liked the location of the Hotel. So close to the airport. The drop off to the airport was amazing and very convenient. The staffs was very friendly, polite and professional. One of the receptionist was on the top of the list as she was very helpful. Her name is Kady. Very friendly and smily. 」

「Actually the hotel itself is OK. But the manager is corrupt! He claims that he hasn't been paid by Orbitz in over a year. Insisted that I pay the hotel directly before I could check out, even though Orbitz verified that they paid him. Orbitz still working on getting him to reimburse them (and thus me). I have recommended that Orbitz black list the Hotel Sol Beni, or at least stop listing it on their website.」
