Great location - all the main sights were within walking distance. The building had great character - and therefore wasn't ultra-modern - and the breakfast was extensive. Staff at reception and in the dining area were all lovely.

It turned out that the ticket I bought for the Alhambra was a scam. I mentioned this to Paula Peña, Guest Experience Manager, and incredibly she was able to secure a Granada Card which included entry to the Alhambra for the next day.
