Would highly recommend this place to stay.

Although not easy to find initially - as there is no big sign over the door, the manager came out to meet us. He couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful during our stay. This small hotel has a wonderful, full kitchen, a dining room, laundry room and other great facilities to make your trip easy and enjoyable. Another plus is that that it is a great location - a bus direct from the airport makes it's first stop across the road, buses to Grenada central stop outside too and as parking in the city is at a premium taking a bus is the best way to see it. There's is also a nice park over the road and the academy of Fine Arts is exactly opposite. A nice touch too was getting a voucher for breakfast at a café about 20 metres away.... and there's free WiFi as well. All in all, I'm quite sure you'll be happy with your stay in this hotel and at a very affordable price.

HORRIBLE

It has been a nightmare! For the check in the owner does not respect the schedule from the website, no breakfast included meanwhile we booked it with breakfast, the bedromm was not a real bedroom, no real windows. Very noisy. No clean at all. DONT GO!!

Não parecia um hotel. Um andar de um prédio residencial com quartos, uma sala e cozinha. Mesmo constando na reserva, não foi oferecido café da manhã. A limpeza do quarto era apenas a troca das toalhas em péssimo estado, rasgadas, porém limpas. O quarto totalmente isolado, para chegar nele recebemos 3 chaves: uma da entrada do prédio, outra da porta que dava num corredor e a do próprio quarto. Muito fechado, na janela havia uma parece de cimento com aberturas que em caso de incêndio não teríamos como quebrar a janela. A calefação não foi ligada conforme nos foi informado, das 20 às 1 hora. Tinha um aquecedor portátil que ajudou bastante. O chuveiro virou uma ducha por não prender na base. O Sr. Martin muito educado, nas duas vezes que nos vimos.

Tres decue. Nous avons du attendre plus de 30 minutes dans le couloir le proprietaire, alors que la veille nous avions envoye un mail precisant l.heure d arrivee. Le proprietaire parle tres mal l anglais et pas du tout le francais.... La chambre etait tres petite et loin d etre un double confort. Literie bien fatiguee. Chambre tres tres bruyante placee sur une avenue de 4 voies de circulation. Resultat impossible de dormir !!!! D ailleurs, ils nous a semble que c etait une piece probablement de buanderie ou cagibi transforme en chambre ; la baie coulissante donnait directement sur un mur perfore !!! Etablissement a fuir !

No me gusto que la habitacion que me dieron no tenia el baño incluido en la habitacion y quedaba lejos teniendo q atravesar el departamento , y si me queria bañar tenia que ir a otro departamento en el mismo edificio y compartirlo, de lo mas incomodo, al otro dia me tube que cambiar de habitacion , que era muy pequeña para dos personas y 3 valijas, para tener baño incluido. El hotel muy lejos de los lugares turisticos . Lo bueno fue la atencion cordial del dueño, y que el departamento era de buena calidad, como las habitaciones, cama comoda y baño confortable. Y se podia usar la cocina.

Difficult to locate, it`s actually an apartment building, no signs of an hotel. No phone in the rooms, so impossible to call the owner-manager if not by cell=roaming charges. Coffee, vending machine, unavailable. No city map available. And do not accept the offer for the flamenco show at Sacrosanto, you can go by yourself and have a choice of more than 30 different shows.

Hier werden einzelne Zimmer einer großen Wohnung vermietet. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Den kostenlosen Parkplatz muss man sich auf der Straße suchen. Nach einigem Suchen haben wir in einer Nebenstraße noch einen Platz gefunden. Der Vermieter hat das noch als einen Vorteil angepriesen. Jetzt haben wir ein Ticket für 100€ bekommen. Man wird genötigt eine Show zu buchen. Besser hiervon die Finger lassen.

Martin is a very nice and friendly proprietor. His English is very good. The room was spacious, clean, secure, and comfortable. Many cafes to eat near the hotel. Breakfast provided but not on site, a short walk to the cafe. Great price but not as centrally located as we would have liked. However, bus stop nearby and 6 euro taxi drive to the downtown area.

I have never had a better stay at a Hotel! The staff are excellent in every way.and really care that you have a good time. The location is perfect and the area is quite and safe.Our room was large and spacious. The hotel was clean and bright. Great proximity to La Alhambra, the city center, the moorish district and more. The manager set us up with a night out to see Flamenco Dancing and we had a wonderful time. We met other guests who were just as happy as we. The Martin House is truly a magical and special place. I have fallen in love with Granada and am looking forward to returning to soon. When I return I will definitely be staying at the Martin House.

Cuidado com alguns pontos

O Sr Martín é muito atencioso, ajudou-nos com informações, etc. A estrutura da casa é muito boa. Gostaria de comentar dois pontos importantes: o estacionamento não é da propriedade e fica numa rua lateral onde não se paga por estacionar . Portanto, para quem não deseja deixar o carro na rua, melhor observar esse quesito. Lembro que também é sujeito a disponibilidade. Outro ponto: o café da manhã não é realizado na propriedade, e sim numa cafeteria próxima . Me foi passado que seria café da manhã continental, porém nos foi servido uma tostada e um café com leite, nada mais. Última coisa: na reserva, havia uma observação que haveria drinks de boas vindas, e na verdade, não recebemos o mesmo.
