「O espaço não corresponde a nenhuma das fotos aqui apresentadas; o edifício ficava 3 casas acima daquela que era suposto ser; nenhuma foto corresponde à do quarto que recebemos; muito barulhento, não há isolamento de som nos corredores, ouve-se tudo o que se passa nos quartos ao lado, as empregadas de limpeza para limparem quartos livres de manhã incomodam imenso com o barulho, as toalhas não foram mudadas diariamente nem reposto papel higiénico, chuveiro e paredes sujas. 」

「When we arrived we were informed the hotel we made a reservation in, Cobertizo Palacio de Santa Inez, closed. They were accommodating in providing a nice room at the Rosa d’Oro a different property owned by the same company. It was a nice room but half the size of the room we reserved.」

If you want to park and stay for your stay in Granada, this is the perfect hotel for that! We were able to explore the great sights of the city and walked the whole time」

「The view was the only positive thing about this hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel. Not value for money. Mould in Alhambra suit and a lot of smoke coming in from outside. Very noisy. Parking is available according to website. This is not true. Parking can be done in a parking garage 1 km from hotel.」
