Confortável e limpo

Recepção muito boa, chalé limpíssimo. Cama confortável, o senhor já deixa a lareira montada, é só acender. Lugar lindo demais. Apenas insatisfeita com o café da manhã… muito simples, o suco nem era natural.. na verdade acabamos nem tomando café da manhã. O resto tudo maravilhoso.

Foi maravilhoso!

O lugar é bem localizado, fácil acesso para Canela e para o centro de Gramado, mas contempla muita tranquilidade. É possível descansar e curtir a cidade. Aceita Pet e eles são bem tratados. Há muito espaço de gramas, que permitem lindas fotos.

Lindo lugar. Mas para quem estiver sem carro e tiver dificuldade de locomoção eu não aconselho. O café da manhã é limitado. Mas o Martin é muito atencioso e buscou nos atender com prontidão.

O proprietario é bem simpatico,mas precisa de manutenção. Lareira com chaminé entupida, flatam tapetes para deixar o ambiente mais aconchegante, café da manha bem simples.O aquecimento não funcionou na noite mais fria que estivemos lá.

Com certeza retornarei!

Estadia incrível, funcionários atenciosos, educados e muito prestativos. O chuveiro a gás é ótimo e a limpeza interna da cabana também, o café da manhã é modesto, porém completo, com pães, frutas, café, suco, leite e frios. Para quem tem interesse em um retiro com ótima localização é o local perfeito, pois é no meio da mata e ao mesmo tempo entre as principais cidades da região Gramado/Canela. O paisagismo é lindo, a grama é bem cortada e com o lago, as hortênsias e a floresta de araucárias o pacote está completo. Dos pontos negativos, por mais que as cabanas fiquem localizaras em região de mata, havia muitas teias de aranhas nas janelas, corrimãos e entrada da cabana. O acesso precisa de reforma bem urgente, pois carros com a suspensão baixa certamente terão dificuldades com partes quebradas e/ou desniveladas do acesso as cabanas. O sofá cama da cabana 6 precisa ser substituído por algum mais confortável e, por último, prendam os cachorros quando o horário do check in ou check out se aproximar, por mais que sejam mansos a raça e o tamanho amedrontam os que chegam.

Precisa melhorar a limpeza

O lugar é muito bonito e romântico, mas deixa muito a desejar na limpeza. O chalé também precisa de uma boa atualização (o sofá, por exemplo, está muito velho, encardido e desconfortável). O café da manhã é bem simples. Você agenda um horário e recebe no próprio chalé. Não recomendo para quem estiver sem carro, pois o acesso a pé a partir da rua até os chalés é complicado (muito íngreme), mas se estiver com carro não há problemas, pois você vai estacionar em frente ao chalé.

Local bucólico e paisagem incrível

Localização perfeita, pois ao mesmo tempo que você se conecta com a natureza, está muito próximo das lojas e restaurantes de Gramado e Canela. Pousada simples, rústica e aconchegante. Os funcionários são muito acolhedores e simpáticos, sempre prontos a atender às necessidades dos hóspedes. Sentimos falta de uma mesa no chalé, uma vez que o café da manhã está sendo servido lá, mas o proprietário nos disse que está prevista uma reforma e a colocação de mesas já está sendo providenciada. Com certeza, voltaremos.
