"We stay in the family suite with the double bunkbeds. It was actually like three rooms put together very cool really Location perfect Pool was great We had 2yr old twins , an 8 yr old and a 14 yr old Arcade games didn't work so great tho Not your newest hotel but "

"Outdoor pool was a tad cold for my liking(time of year which is understandable) but my kids and grandbaby enjoyed every minute of our time there. Indoor pool was great and obviously crowed. Room was clean and roomy. Air worked great! Loved the view! My only 2 complaints would be: 1. The bathroom had no lock on it. It is embarrassing to walk in on each other. 2. We were told we could stay to enjoy the pools and amenities after checking out. Outdoor pool was a little too cold and we decided to go to the indoor pool about mid-day and we wanted to play air hockey but our braclets no longer worked to enter the door to the pool. That was a little disappointing. I guess we could have walked all the way around to the lobby to get in but decided to go ahead and leave. Still overall we had a great time. "

"Clean room but many more guests than it was stated should have been in pools and especially hot tub. At one point there were more than twice the limit in the hot tub area. There were so many people and so little parking that it made the trip very stressful and not as enjoyable as we had been anticipating. "

"The room was not as clean as we thought it should be. Lights between the beds did not function, light above the table and chairs did not function, microwave was not cleaned, smoke detector was disconnected from the wall, body wash and shampoo bottles were both empty and one was not connected to the shower stall. window coverings were not connected to the mounting rod. When we returned to the room on one occasion our room keys did not open the door. To be fair our daughter had an adjacent room and it was fine. "
