「never clean room or made bed didn't replace towels had to ask the last day」

「You get what you pay for. This is a cheap hotel. It's not great, not terrible, just meh. But since you're not paying a premium price, it's acceptable. The rooms appear to be updated recently, but the building/AC units are still pretty old.」

「Our hotel room looked nothing like the pictures online. It had original red carpet that was so worn it was bare in places. The furniture was all knicked and scratched up. The freezer wasn’t clean, had trash in it, and had ice build up. The shower smelled when you turned on the water. The carpet was dirty, they don’t move furniture and clean behind it. The white door to the outside was so dirty you could see the handprints of previous people who had stayed there and there was a crack so wide when...

「I loved the decor and the absolute cleanliness of the place. The staff was more than polite; they were genuinely nice people!」

「The room was relatively clean though I killed 2 spiders in the bathtub. The room was so hot that the air conditioner couldn't cool it down until after midnight. The person at the desk was very annoyed that I had a dog though Expedia said they were pet friendly when I made the reservation. We won't be back.」

「The smoke alarms go off constantly during the night and according to staff it’s been that way for a year. I chose to leave at 5am with the alarms still going off and wasn’t able to get any kind of breakfast. I did get a refund after discussing it with them for a month.」

「Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Very friendly staff. It is a bit dated, but they are making upgrades daily it seems. The shower was excellent! Great water pressure and actually has hot water, not lukewarm like most places. Also, they have a Tesla charger that is complimentary with your stay.」
