"Lovely hotel with lovely staff. It’s walkable to the old town but not close. Having a car would be better in this location or taxi’s, which are readily available. We drove all around Germany and this was the easiest hotel to park. The staff is lovely and made our stay fantastic. "

"I called to tell I will arrive late. They told me they will leave me the key in the reception because after 6pm nobody is there. I arrived at 11PM and the key was not there. And nobody came. And we needed to leave at that time to another hotel...."

"What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious. The breakfast was beautifully displayed, included many special foods we’ve not encountered at other hotels and was delicious. The plentiful free parking made this stay easy and quite a value. "Great location. Very beautiful and comfortable. Offered discount for parking and had a place to store our bicycles overnight. The room was spacious and had good amenities. It is old so the floors squeaked in some places. The rainfall shower head was leaky and in need of replacement, but did not interfere with showering. Best of all was a small fridge and a fan. Would highly recommend!"

"Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"

"The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English, the property doesn’t look as nice from the outside, and its towards the back of the town, and parking isn’t onsite, but we managed to find a place very close by with no charge. I would definitely recommend staying here the roof terrace and honesty bar were a nice touch too. "
