"Great location in Gatlinburg and super convenient! Older property but it was definitely clean. The jacuzzi tub worked great and room was really clean. Did not use pool on property but overall the amenities were nice and lobby staff was super helpful."

"I liked how there were 3 pools and each had a hot tub and a kiddie pool. The only bad thing was while eating in the room, a bug (roach) was crawling up the wall. I dont know if it came from the restaurant where we ordered food or where it came from but that was the only 1 I saw. Other than that we had a great stay!! Super friendly staff and spacious rooms!"

"The hotel is in the middle of all the action that Pigeon Forge has to offer. The hotel has seen better days but could use a little more tlc. The lazy river and pool are great for the kids to swim but for the proximity of annemoties you can't go wrong by booking a night here. They even have a breakfast buffet and who can argue with the waffle maker. I would definitely book again if needed to."

"The bears were worth the trip. You’re having an abundance of amenities surrounding your stay and don’t forget you are at the front door of the great Smoky Mountains..
