Pool dirty not working, presidential room lot of noise especially water running in the room walls, no tv in the living room, only one tv in one bedroom. Needs a lot of maintenance to be worth

Muito bom!

Boa experiência! Porém faltou a cozinha aberta para esquentar mamadeira e comida da minha filha de 10 meses. Mas, sempre que precisei, fui atendido pela recepção que levava pra esquentar na cozinha que eles usam.

Ao fazerem a manutenção da piscina e o motor está funcionando provoca um barulho alto no quarto impossível de dormir. Tive que solicitar ao funcionário para desligar e fui atendida prontamente. O ar condicionado estava com um barulho alto ao ligar e desligar automaticamente (e ele faz isto diversas vezes durante a madrugada). Não solicitamos a troca do apartamento.. Mas é necessário a manutenção preventiva dos aparelhos.

Hospedagem muito ruim, não vale nem 1/3 do valor que cobram. Garagem terrível para manobrar, atendentes e todos os funcionários que eu tive contato sem nenhum treino, não sabem responder nenhuma dúvida. Ar condicionado de baixa capacidade para o quarto. Ou seja NUNCA MAIS quero nem passar na porta.
