After contacting them, I was told the driver would arrive much later, so after an overnight international flight we had to pay for our own...

「The room was fine. The hotel advertises services, but nothing works. The workout room was minimal and it was locked. The pool was closed for service. The sauna did not work for over a week. They use facial recognition (instead of keys) to enter the hotel and other spaces. That didn't work the first day either. Save your money. Stay in a cheaper place with just a bed and a bath-- that's all you'll get here.」
