「Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us access to the facilities and breakfast while we waited for our room after landing in the early hours. Unfortunately, our experience with the front office team deteriorated significantly. When I questioned this, the receptionist was dismissive, and the...

「The property was amazing! Highly recommend the suites with private pools. Everything was very clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our day and the food and drinks at the restaurant were also very good. We also enjoyed easy access to the beach. We also appreciated that the hotel helped us arrange transport from the airport. It was a bit of a drive but the property was worth it. We loved staying at The River!」

「We stayed at Istron Collection Villas in September 2026, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Our villa was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and having our own private pool made the stay even more special. The staff truly made our visit memorable. Everyone at the hotel and throughout the property was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The customer service was outstanding! One of the sweetest surprises was when the staff overheard that we were celebrating a...
