"They didn't take out garbage or replace towels even with the maid service sign out. This has been a problem in my previous vists as well. The restaurant service was excellent. "

"The whole place was sketchy, the staff seemed stoned out of their mind. Room was disgustingly dirty with stains on the bedsheets where it looked like they didnt even change them. Rips in the mattress the safety lock on the door was broken off. Shower was so dirty i was afraid i would get tetanus from it. Ended up leaving after 1 night and not returning for the remaining 3 nights. Very scary area looks like it is out of a horror movie. "

"Rooms are a little small but comfortable. Pool isn’t super exciting. The food at the restaurant, I had expected higher quality considering the kind of hotel & expense of the food. Im pretty sure my child's mac & cheese & fries were actually KD out of a box & freezer fries. I expected better out of this establishment. My meal was good, but not great - Tuna poke bowl. Breakfast in bed was fantastic."

"I message the hotel in advance requesting early check in. I get the typical automated reply from email bot saying "We will do whatever we can to accomodate but cannot gaurantee... blah blah". I assume it will be fine. Arrive day of and request in person to check in a few hours early. The poor girl at the front desk, with tears in eyes explains how she has just been verbally assaulted by the housekeeping manager for letting people check in early. Explains that I will have to wait four hours to check in at 4:00 pm, because her incompetent housekeeping manager cannot manage to clean a single room before 4:00 pm. This hotel lied and did not honor the deal that they would do "whatever they could to accomodate". The baited me to believe they would do what they said until the last moment when it was too late to cancel my booking. I was forced to rent another hotel room at my own expense. Hotel is operated by scammers. Never again."
