The rooms were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The spa was wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable — I only wish they offered treatments as well. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here!

One of the best hotels in Gothenburg. Truly an amazing place with a great roof top spa, outdoor pool. The lobby is always a buzz with people and great service from the staff.

Beautiful hotel, had a great stay, it is a bit of a walk to the centre of town, about 25 mins, but otherwise excellent, the breakfast spread is probably the best I’ve seen anywhere and I’ve travelled a lot. Overall excellent.

Jacy'z loves up tk the hype and more!

What can I say.. This hotel certainly lives up to the Hype this drew me to book Jacy'z. Booked an overnight stay with use of spa. Decor is out of this world, facilities, great music in general areas. Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Trendy cool hotel

Jacy’s is the cool place to stay and hang out. Very young and trendy vibe. Pool area outside very popular with the locals and residents. Didn’t have time to try the spa sadly as there were time slots and ours didn’t fit with our plans. Reception was slow! Only 2 people on the desks and lots checking in and locals paying to use the outdoor pool. More staff required at busy times. Parking in underground lot next door. Pay asap through the app as they are quick to give you a ticket. The app doesn’t recognise UK number plates, so we struggled and ended up with a parking ticket. The hotel were not helpful to assist with this as they are not associated with the parking apps. Rooms are small, but have a very comfortable bed. Great cocktails served downstairs. Included breakfast was excellent, lots of choice (including chilli con carne?!) The restaurant upstairs is excellent, we had a lovely meal with attentive service and a great view. Overall a good stay and would visit again if coming to Gothenburg.

Mycket trevligt hotell med familjär känsla även om det är stort. Överlag en lite mer avkopplande känsla än många andra stora hotell. Trevligt spa och god frukost. Poolen på våning 3 är fullpackad med folk från tidig morgon om det är fint väder.

Fantastiskt hotel. Dock mindre bra badrum. Hela golvet vått efter dusch, ingen duschkant. Duschmunstycke som sprutade vatten åt alla håll. Förstoringsspegel m ljus som saknade batteri. Mysbelysning i all ära men svårigheter att sminka sig i mysbelysning, stort minus på det. Otroligt fin hotell, gärna bokat där igen.

Lyxig känsla

Fint inrett hotell med trevlig personal. Finns många saker att underhålla sig med på hotellet: golfsimulator, shuffleboard, pingisbord, yatzy eller bara ta en kaffe eller drink i loungen. Avslappnad atmosfär. Trevlig frukost med det man förväntar sig ska finnas plus lite mer (vi saknade dock riktig Nutella). Badrummet hade, liksom rummet i sig, en otrolig utsikt men saknade helt insynsskydd. Man kände sig därför väldigt exponerad vid toalettbesöken och duschandet. I övrigt är vi mycket nöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka igen.

Fantastisk service, og helt nydelig rom. Beste stedet vi begge besøkt på lenge og vi har vært på mange topphoteller rundt ikring. Fikk hjelp med frieri også, helt utrolig bra!

Toppenhotell! Tyst rum, skön säng, rent och fräscht. God frukost! Mycket trevlig personal och trevlig atmosfär rakt igenom. Det enda som var lite negativt var att utcheckningen skulle ske redan kl 10.00.
