「The room was very big and spacious. It was very clean and came with en suite too. There was a back door to the car parking area, which was a nice touch to load/unload your cases. The bar was nice with seating areas for food in the evening, just like a restaurant. The food was exceptional in the evening and at breakfast. The service was too. Staff were very friendly and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.」

「Some of the positive reviews are likely from week-days. NEVER go here in the weekend. Your room is above the hotel's pub that makes your stay unbearable. It is not just people having a drink, but actively partying and shouting with a dj. This place should not be listed as a hotel. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. 」

「Mark is super helpful. The bed in the family suite was really comfortable and the breakfast was decent, included cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, fruit juice and the usual cooked selection with toast. The family suite room is well positioned and has sea views from both windows. Bamburgh is easily walkable from the B&B and there are dining options close by. 「An ideal stopover for us on our way to catch the ferry from Aberdeen. It's a relatively quiet part of the A1, leafy, and fields with distant views of Bamburgh and the sea (all rooms have this view so away from the road). We had a great family room, a bed each for us - 3 adults and 2 pooches. Staff were very friendly and hard working. Breakfast was great, tasty and plentiful. Thanks all, see you on our return.」
