"Receptionist was downright rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming on our arrival. I have lived in Italy for two years to date and have never encountered someone so rude. The room was clean and tidy, but bore no resemblance to the room shown on the photos on Expedia. Nonetheless, the beds were comfy and the shower was great. Air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The building where the rooms are situated is very dated. The windows were very weathered and showed their age. Road outside is very busy...

"We arrived very early but Leah allowed us to check in immediately and she opened the dining area in case we were hungry. She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor veranda was a perfect spot to enjoy wine and cheese from a nearby grocery store."
