"The room was dirty and the shower/tub was rusted. But the parking and the staff was great. No elevator to the 2nd floor and the room doors are facing outside. No security. Overall I think that it's a place where locals stay and wouldn't recommend"

"The staff was disinterested that we were there. I could’ve received a warmer reception if the check-in process were automated. I asked for restaurant recommendations and she said that she didn’t have any and that several other guests had asked the same thing. We walked by the front desk six times and were never once acknowledged/greeted by the staff. Also, I called the front desk before departing, and it rang about 25 times with no answer. Front desk was unprofessional all weekend; one was dressed in a hoodie and sweatpants all weekend. This was unlike any other Comfort Inn I have stayed at. Rooms were small and overpriced as well. The perimeter exits were inaccessible with the room key. Being disabled, this was difficult. Overall, the experience was well below what I expect from Comfort Inn. Being clean is the only positive I can highlight. If you’re ever in Ellijay, seek accommodations elsewhere."
