This place was everything you want in a one-night, roadside hotel. It was clean and comfortable, with good water pressure. The gentleman at the counter, I assume the Owner/Mgr, was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend if you're in the area and need a bed for the night.

Everything was good; it’s the carpet, it has an odor. If they removed it and put in wood flooring; then it wouldn’t be so bad. The smell was terrible; other than that the location for my event was perfect right on the main road, and the price was budget-friendly. JUST TAKE OUT THE CARPET

This property was extremely clean. Air conditioner worked well. It was a very quiet property. I did have a problem with the batteries going dead in the card reader. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. She came right away helping me fix the key situation. Also, the man at the front desk at check In was very pleasant as well. Will definitely stay here again

When I arrived at the hotel, staff was very friendly. When I got to my room, there were a ton of stink bugs in the room. I went back to the counter. They got me a different room. When I went upstairs to that room, someone was obviously already in that room. The third room finally was a decent room. Administration needs to tighten up.

Staff is exceptional. This is our 3rd stay because they have treated us so well. We were in Rome area back and forth looking at houses to buy. So glad we found this great location to make it so convenient. We will be back and refer to family and friends when they come to visit. Clean, convenient location, safe, cozy, exceptional price. Thank you guys for a great stay. We truly appreciate it.

I was impressed by this hotel at the price point that it is. I have stayed at hotels that offered more but at a much steeper price. This is a very good hotel for the money.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell when we arrived, and the condition of the room was not what I expected from a hotel. What made the experience even more frustrating was feeling like I was being pressured to accept another room rather than having my concerns properly addressed. Cleanliness and a safe, comfortable environment should be the minimum expectation when paying for a hotel room.
