"We had a room on the 9th floor. The toilet did not flush. After a bit we called the desk and a girl came up, thinking our toilet had overflowed, apparently. It had not overflowed; it simply would not flush properly and the entire bathroom area had a high whining electrical noise that never stopped. ..."

"The room is clean. Staff there are very helpful. You could store your luggage at the front desk before you check in or after you check out. There is a free shuttle bus to the hospital. Complimentary breakfast AND dinner every day."
